Description
PAX East is coming up. I'll be cosplaying at Lucca from Chrono Trigger ([link]). I'm very excited to go to this convention as I've never been before.
I made the shirt out of a polyester/lycra blend. The overdress is a rust-colored fitted jumper with more than a few zippers in the front and back. The neckerchief is silk and the shorts are actually stretch velvet with the velvetty side on the inside. Luxurious!
I made the bag very special (can be viewed here in detail: [link]). The belt on the other hand is very, very special. I put a lot of mana into making this belt so far. It is yet unfinished, but it is a functional leather toolbelt made in four parts (a ratchet set front, a pouch side, a wrench set back, and a mallet holster side).
I'm very excited to put all this costume together. Hopefully more pictures to follow soon!

i love Lucca. This is really well crafted and it's interessting that it isn't exactly like the concept art, but it's totally believable and it actually looks BETTER than the concept art for Lucca. Really like the zipper How did you come up with this design?
I would really like to start making costumes and Lucca is the one I really want to make. This piece inspirires me I just have to learn how to sew first
